Your Webflow site sucks. They can fix it.
A hand-picked list of Webflow freelancers, design studios, and enterprise partners I personally vouch for, sorted by budget and scope so you can find the right fit.
If your Webflow site sucks, it's not because of Webflow. It's on you (or the person before you).
Your business grows: new products, features, services.
There's no system in place.
Every author builds pages the way they think is best.
At first it's manageable, because you're the only one managing most of it.
Then the chaos starts. The CEO wants to ship pages faster. Marketing starts spinning up landing pages. Someone changes a layout and the whole site is upside down.
Webflow makes building a site easier, but scaling one isn't simple.
Below is a list of people who can help.
Over the past 3 years, I've had the chance to meet and work with all of them, and I personally vouch for each one. Nobody is paying me to be on this list. Nobody even asked.
I worked with some of them. Others just showed generosity and real expertise over the years.
I do it because I'm tired of watching LinkedIn posts asking, "Webflow [freelancer/agency] recommendation needed."
If you're looking for skills, the Webflow directory is probably your best pick.
If you're looking for good people doing honest work, these are the ones to look into.
How do you find the right Webflow support?
This part is simple. There are only 2 dimensions to consider.
- Budget: small (below 5k), mid (5k to 20k), high (20k+)
- Scope: specific (I need a new hero section for my German landing page) or broad (I want a new website)

Freelancers (small budget, clear scope)
In my opinion, you look for a freelancer when you have a clear scope in mind. You know what you want, you just don't know how, or don't have the time, to do it. The main advantage is price (on average cheaper than agencies, which carry higher running costs). The main challenge is finding the right one.
Samuel Uebersax: Zurich-based Webflow dev and SEO. Super engaged in the Webflow community. You can easily geek out about every corner of Webflow with Samuel.

Genc Doda: Bern local (Belp, precisely). Builds websites, automations, and databases.
Bojan Mitevski: Bojan brings something nobody likes to pay for: strategy. But having him on your side while building a website will make you faster and your site cheaper.
Tunde Williams: Bern-based freelancer working with small and medium-sized companies.
Design studios (small to mid budget, broad scope)
Design studio, design shop, website agency, whatever the name, what matters is that they've got your back. They generally fit growing products or brands that need a bit more support. They help you move from a digital brochure to a website that scales with your business.
Design Takt
Patrick and I met in Bern, where we both live. He's energetic, full of ideas, and often late for pizza. With his partner Juliane, they help Swiss brands shine through their websites.

Best for: B2B and startups looking for structure and Swissness.
Bonus point: Check out Patrick's side projects. They're cool.

Khod
Evgenii and I met online and clicked from day one (both of us married, unfortunately). Evgenii speaks his mind (Russian style) but does the work. He recently rebranded his whole studio to Khod.

Best for: AI and blockchain startups.
Bonus point: His thumbnail game is good.

Orinn Studio
It took me time to connect with Padrig, but I don't regret it. I'm working with him on my personal branding. The retro orange things I love so much are his creation.

Best for: Personal digital branding and websites.
Bonus point: He's French. Do I even have to say more?

Pancake Studio
Josh and Ashleigh: I've never met or worked with them. I hope one day we will. Together, they represent what I'm looking for: authenticity and nerdiness.

Best for: Building a digital presence that stands out.
Bonus point: Funny accents.

Better Mistakes
Diogo and I have never met, but boy, we tried. Like often on this list, I met Diogo through LinkedIn comments. What I love about him is his ownership and consistency. Yes, they deliver great websites, but when they make a mistake, they acknowledge it and own it.

Best for: Long-lasting partnerships with honest people.
Bonus point: He has the same name as my son.

Enterprise partners (big budget, broader scope)
With enterprise, we change dimension. We don't talk websites anymore. We talk business challenges and systems. Because at that scale, you can't let just anyone create pages. You need structure and flexibility, something it takes 300 website builds to understand and master.
Karpi Studio
Pavel is my mate. The kind of guy with design training but business roots.
When I need something to look good, I send him a text and he takes care of me. We've been working together for more than a year, and talking with him is easy. Direct. No fluff.

Best for: CEOs and founders growing fast who need someone to take care of the website.
Bonus point: Sends you 30-minute feedback videos of your products.

Bert
Jon and I have been working together for the past month, and the extra care he brings to every project is incredible. It's like having Ronaldo on your team: you know you're going to win.

Flowninja
Uros and I met recently, at an event he organized in Switzerland (on my turf). I knew him from the Webflow success stories and LinkedIn. But behind the poster boy is someone genuinely passionate, who'll open his laptop to help you faster than Lucky Luke.

Best for: When you need experienced, trusted people.

Make Build
I don't think it's possible to meet Dan and not like him. He's the kind of chameleon you can drop anywhere and he'll win the room anyway. Never worked with him, but what Make Build accomplishes speaks for itself.

Best for: Well-thought-out projects. They love Post-its.
Bonus point: You don't need to travel to the UK to meet him. He'll probably come to you.

Crystal: If you need someone to check your Webflow accessibility, she's the one.

Sofian (me): Of course I'm on the list. The whole article was an excuse to make myself shine.
